These Terms of Service apply to your use of brightnessventures.com and purchases from Brightness Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery information, and Return Policy. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use our store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or to introduce malicious software, interfere with security, or disrupt other customers' access.

Products and information

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen and lighting. Availability, prices, and product details may change for future purchases. Information on our website may occasionally contain an error; if an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement.

Orders, prices, and payments

Review your items, delivery address, price, shipping charges, and taxes before completing checkout. The currency and total shown at checkout apply to your order. You authorize the payment provider to charge that total to your chosen payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or reasonably identify fraud or an error that prevents fulfillment, we will notify you using the contact information you provided and refund any payment for the canceled items. Any changes to your order require your agreement where required by law.

Contact us if an order is delayed, damaged, or missing so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies you have under applicable delivery or consumer protection laws.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Our Return Policy explains the Daily 01 30-day wear test, return and exchange eligibility, shipping responsibilities, replacement coverage, cancellations, and refunds. Contact us before sending a return. These terms do not restrict the rights provided by that policy or any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information to operate and improve the services, including enhanced services as described in that policy. We use your order contact details for transaction and support messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages; essential order messages may still be sent.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, photographs, text, and other store content belong to Brightness Ventures or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Links and tools supplied by third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Shopify provides the commerce platform; purchases from this store are between you and Brightness Ventures. We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the seller.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website that were not reasonably foreseeable. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
