- Select the order-status link to view the latest information about your purchase.
- When your shipping confirmation includes tracking, select the tracking link to see updates from the carrier.
Cannot find your confirmation?
Check the spam or junk folder for the email address you used at checkout. If you still need help, email brightnessventures@outlook.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used for the purchase. Please do not send payment-card details.
Tracking has not updated?
A carrier may not display movement until it scans the parcel. If your shipment seems delayed or the tracking information is unclear, contact us and we will help check its status. See Shipping & Delivery for more information.
